Job Introduction
1. Develop work objectives and policies for the technology center based on the company's business goals and management strategies, and decompose them into various departments of the technology center to supervise and inspect their implementation;
2. Responsible for the establishment of the company's new product development and trial production system (including casting and machining), operation and improvement, and building a world-class technological level;
3. Responsible for coordinating the sales system, production system, and quality system to carry out the company's new product trial production work, leading the team to overcome technical difficulties, improve trial production quality and efficiency, and assist the production system in enhancing mass production quality and efficiency;
4. Responsible for optimizing, improving, and perfecting the talent pool construction and incentive evaluation mechanism of the technology center;
5. Represent the company in technical communication and exchange with suppliers and customers, solve technical related problems, and improve the overall technical service level of the company.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above in the field of material control and casting, majoring in mechanical engineering, proficient in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills；
2. Good stability, good image, strong systematic and logical thinking, and strong communication and expression skills;
3. Strong technical leadership and decision-making skills, excellent team building and motivation abilities, excellent strategic decomposition and execution abilities, etc;
4. Proficient in the research and development of aluminum alloy casting products, including mold design, casting technology, new product trial production, etc;
5. Have over 8 years of work experience in aluminum alloy and lightweight product casting design and research and development, and over 5 years of management experience in the technical team.

Job Introduction
1. Responsible for forging mold design, equipment selection, production line establishment, raw material selection, and performance verification;
2. Participate in the research and development of new products to ensure that they meet customer needs and quality requirements;
3. Develop and optimize quality control standards during the forging process;
4. Responsible for providing technical guidance on forging at the production site and resolving related issues.

3. Experience in producing large forgings is preferred.
