Jiangsu Leap Machine Co., Ltd. was established in 1994, with 50,000 square meters. We are a private enterprise specializing in precision forgings and machined components. We also handle mold manufacturing and parts machining in house.

We are located in Jiangsu Province, a central hub of the delta economy region, about 200 km from Shanghai Port with convenient transportation and logistics.

To meet development needs, Jiangsu Leap established Changzhou Leap Forging Co., Ltd. in 2013, with the two plants located 7 km apart. Changzhou Leap Forging Co. has 22,000 square meters, with workshops adopting green energy. Our professional team comprises over 160 engineers, technicians and employees with strong mold design/production capabilities and product development/manufacturing potential.

Leap is engaged in manufacturing forging components for automotive, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, rail transportation, shipping and hydraulic systems. The weight of individual forging parts range from 0.5 to 100 kg, with a maximum length of 1.5m. Our annual forging capacity exceeds 30,000 tons.

Leap Machine and Leap Forging always put customer needs as top priority. We've established an integrated, streamlined industrial chain containing mold design/production, forging, heat treatment, machining and inspection processes.

Our advanced equipment includes gantry machining centers, CNC machining centers and vacuum furnaces for mold processing. Our 7 forging production lines feature 5/6-ton PLC hydraulic hammers, 630T/1600T hot die forging automatic lines, a 1600T high-energy electric screw press and more. We operate over 100 machining equipment such as Mazak, Doosan CNC lathes and Haas vertical machining centers. Our heat treatment facilities include mesh belt atmosphere protection furnaces, isothermal normalizing furnaces, pit furnaces and vacuum furnaces. Testing equipment including the GROMA 08.10.06 coordinate measuring machine, LAB SPARK750 SPECTRUM ANALYZER, WAW-300G hydraulic universal tester, 4XC-V metallographic microscope and magnetic particle flaw detectors, ensuring outstanding quality control at every stage.

Our product range covers steel and aluminum forgings for automotive, construction machinery, agricultural machinery, rail transportation, hydraulic system, container binding parts, forklift parts and more. Stringent quality management, with specialized personnel conducting comprehensive inspections and tests throughout the whole process to guarantee product quality.
